Order Processing Times

To ensure same-day shipment, please place your order by the following deadlines:

  • UPS Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select: Order by 3:00 PM CST

  • USPS Priority Mail: Order by 1:00 PM CST

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Under normal business conditions, most ground orders ship the same business day or the following business day. However, processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume or holiday closures.


Using Your Own UPS Account

The option to use your own UPS account will appear once your cart subtotal reaches $500 or more.

If you need expedited shipping while using your UPS account:

  • Select your preferred speed at checkout, or

  • Specify your requested shipping speed in the order comment box.

We’re happy to ship at your requested service level.


Signature Requirements

Orders with a subtotal over $200 shipped via UPS will require a signature upon delivery unless you request otherwise.

Important Notice Regarding Potential Tariffs

Due to potential tariff changes that may take effect in 2025, product and/or shipping prices may increase. International import costs could rise significantly. We recommend evaluating your inventory needs in advance to avoid potential price increases.


U.S., Canada & Mexico Shipping

  • U.S. and Canada orders ship via UPS or USPS.

  • USPS is used for U.S. PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address is required for UPS shipments.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid shipping address.

  • Reshipping costs if an order is returned due to an invalid address.

  • Reshipping costs for unclaimed or refused packages.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or unclaimed shipments.


USPS Priority Mail Disclaimer

We can ship via USPS Priority Mail to U.S. addresses and many international locations; however:

  • USPS Priority Mail is not fully traceable.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once shipped via USPS.

  • If USPS loses or damages your package, replacement costs are the customer’s responsibility.


International Shipping

All international orders ship via UPS.

Delivery Times

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and are not responsible for customs-related delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees

These charges are determined by your country and are not included in shipping costs. The customer is fully responsible for all customs-related charges.

We are not responsible for packages held, denied, or refused by customs. If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered for reasons unrelated to carrier loss or damage, the customer remains responsible for the full order amount and shipping costs.


Lost or Damaged International Shipments

If an international package is lost or damaged:

  • We will file a claim with the carrier.

  • Replacement or credit will be issued only after the claim is settled.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the carrier claim.


Shipping Weights & Handling

Shipping weights displayed at checkout may include additional handling costs due to the special care required for packaging magnets. Please review your total shipping cost before submitting your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original condition.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless an equal or greater replacement order has been placed prior to return processing.

  • If magnets are not separated using original spacers (but are otherwise unused), a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  • Used or damaged magnets are not eligible for return.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • 15% + Shipping cost would be deducted from final total.Β 

We will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).


Return Process

Please contact us with your order number before returning any item. We will provide detailed return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks, which may include:

  • 5–10 business days for return transit

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

Many refunds are processed sooner.


Additional Policies

  • Replacement items will not ship until returned items are received.

  • We will issue a UPS return label for items shipped incorrectly by us.

  • We strongly recommend using UPS for returns. The sender is responsible for items lost when returned via USPS.

  • Free promotional offers are subject to cancellation without notice.

  • Our products may not be resold on Amazon or eBay without written authorization.
